The Mandalay Event Center

Welcome to The Mandalay...a large-scale downtown Dayton venue without the large price tag! With its gorgeous crystal chandeliers, tall ceilings and spacious ballroom, The Mandalay can host intimate private parties to large scale weddings and corporate/social events up to 500 guests. The ballroom features an open floor plan that can be divided into smaller spaces perfect for wedding ceremonies, breakout sessions, or smaller events.

Conveniently located right off of I-75 in Moraine, Ohio, The Mandalay has been a fixture in the Dayton event community for over 30 years. It’s one of the largest downtown Dayton venues and is widely used for conferences, galas, graduations, fundraising events, trade shows, weddings and more. With it’s ample free parking and close access to the highway, it’s easy for your guests to find the venue and park with ease.

The Mandalay also has large flat green spaces and has also hosted numerous tented events like fundraising walk-a-thons and company picnics complete with outdoor amusement rides and games. In fact, company picnics love having The Mandalay’s large ballroom as an air-conditioned space for lunch and games and/or as a back up plan for bad weather.

Venue Rental Perks

The Mandalay includes many rental/decor items as part of your venue rental making planning easy and affordable. Your venue rental includes 6 hours of event time, and your vendors have access to the building starting at 10:00am the day of your event for deliveries and setup. Additional event hours can be added on.
