From their spacious ballroom and airy loft to the outdoor patio to the modern bar, the flexibility of Top of The Market’s event spaces allows you to curate the perfect setting for your special event. Whether it's a cozy wedding or a lively party, our unique space ensures an unforgettable experience for seated celebrations up to 350 guests.

The Warehouse

The Warehouse (main ballroom) features vaulted ceilings with beautiful exposed wood beams, brick walls, and industrial charm abounds. This spacious open floor plan can host seated weddings and events up to 350 or cocktail style events up to 500.

Adjacent to The Warehouse is the Bistro Bar perfect for cocktail hour or is a great bonus space for event registration tables, silent auction tables, coat racks, or as an event staging area. The Warehouse also has access to the outdoor patio which makes for a popular photography spot, patio games, or late night break from the dance floor.

The Loft

The Loft features also features vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and brick walls along with large windows on all sides making the space feel light and airy. This space is divided into two large spaces. The first room off the elevator is often used for ceremonies, cocktail hour, or as a bonus space for food stations or photo booths. The larger second room can also host ceremonies and seated receptions for up to 150 guests.

The Bistro Bar & Patio

The newly renovated Bistro Bar is a light and bright space with industrial charm perfect for welcoming your guests or hosting cocktail hour. With Top of The Market you can take advantage of their flexible bar service, allowing you to provide your own alcohol for their skilled bartenders to serve, ensuring a personalized touch and substantial savings.

The Patio can be accessed from The Warehouse and provides a nice space for photos, patio games, and taking a breather under the stars from the dance floor. It’s a great bonus space the many guests enjoy throughout the day.
