The Steam Plant

Located in downtown Dayton, this former power processing plant has been transformed into an event space that artfully blends rustic, industrial and modern architectural and design touches. With 30ft tall ceilings, large windows, two-story tall bar, exposed beams and brick walls, The Steam Plant works for a variety of events from corporate to weddings.

The Steam Plant can accommodate seated receptions for up to 250 guests and cocktail receptions for up to 400. Just off of the Grand Hall, guests can enjoy fresh air in the outdoor Pavilion or head to the lower level Boiler Room for dancing, late-night snacks or a VIP lounge. The upstairs area showcases a fully appointed upstairs Dressing Suite and separate Locker Room Suite offering a private, quiet space for wedding prep.
